1. On hearing the Learned Counsels for the parties and considering the fact that the LA case falls within the District of North 24- Parganas, and is pending before the Alipore Court as it was filed in the year 1986, when the two(2) Districts were undivided.
2. The District of 24-Parganas stood divided in March, 1986.
3. Admittedly, the property in this case is within the jurisdiction of the North 24-Parganas.
4. Accordingly, considering the said
facts, L.R.A.Case No.287 of 1986 be withdrawn from the Court of the Learned L.A.Judge (3rd Additional District Judge), 3rd Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas and be transferred to the

Court of the Learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Barasat (Land Acquisition Court).
5. The Civil Revision stands disposed of.
6. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts at once.
7. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand
disposed of consequently.
8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
9. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
