Accordingly, considering the said facts, L.R.A.Case No.287 of 1986 be withdrawn from the Court of the Learned L.A.Judge (3rd Additional District Judge), 3rd Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas and be transferred to the 2 2 Court of the Learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Barasat (Land Acquisition Court). 5. The Civil Revision stands disposed of. 6. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts at once. 7. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 8.
