The affidavit of service filed today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner is a Group-D (Peon) in Scheduled Caste category. The petitioner had made an application for transfer sometime in 2022, which was duly forwarded by the School Authorities by issuing a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the respondent no. 5. The respondent no. 5 in its turn has forwarded the same to the respondent no. 4 sometime in the year 2022. The same is pending consideration before the Commission. 3. The respondent no. 4, the Secretary WBCSSC is directed to consider the application in accordance with law and dispose of the same by June 30, 2026 and communicate the result of such 2 consideration to the petitioner as well as to the school authorities by the afore-stated date. 5. With these afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 7.
