It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that the Tahasildar is proceeding against him for eviction without granting him any opportunity of hearing. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Daspalla (O.P.No.4) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and take decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
