ORDER 17.02.2026
Order No.
01.
1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. The subject matter of these petitions is substantially similar to the case in State of Odisha & Ors. v. Saraswati Bhoi & Ors., 2022 (II) ILR-CUT-629.
3. Counsel for the petitioners submits that in the said case a direction has been issued for considering the similar representation for the grant of Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- (rupees four thousand two hundred) with effect from 01.12.2014 or any respective date on completion of 20 years of service in a single cadre towards the financial upgradation under RACP Scheme.
4. Learned ASC appearing for the OPs very fairly agrees that the subject representations should meet their fate at the hands of OP No.1 in the light of observations in Saraswati Bhoi (supra). With this

5. In the above circumstances, petitions are disposed off. Time for
consideration and to inform the petitioners in writing the result of such
consideration, is eight (8) weeks. All contentions are kept open.
6. It is open to solicit any information or document from the side of petitioners or from other officers, as are required for due consideration of the subject representations; however, in that guise delay shall not be brooked.
Now, no costs.
