A perusal of the diary extract reveals that the petitioner as well as the respondents were absent on several hearings. Thereafter, the matter has been referred for Mediation in August 2025. As on today, it is pending only in the mediation stage. Due to non-start of the Mediation, the matter was listed on 13.03.2026, for filing of the counter. Since so far counter has not been filed, this Court cannot fix the outer time limit for disposal of the D.V.C. Petition. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, is directed to dispose of the D.V.C.No.1 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
