Both of them submit that though they are facing the problem in getting the grant-in-aid from the State; as such, the State may also be directed to give grant-in-aid; however, they undertake to comply the order before the next date of hearing. 3. Accordingly, list this case on 30.01.2026. It goes without saying that the State will do the needful. 4. Personal appearance of Mr. Sanjoy Kumar Singh, Incharge CEO, J.S.C Bank is dispensed with, for the time being.” 2. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, Mr. Mrinal Kanti Roy, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party No. 2, produces two cheques, copy of which is taken on record, for handing over the same to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 2026:JHHC:2665 2 3. Accordingly, Mr. D.C. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners accepts the two cheques issued in the name of respective petitioners for onwards transmission to the respective petitioners. 4. Since the payment has been made and as observed in order dated 05.12.2025, the State will look into the matter and give the grant-in-aid to the respondent-Bank where the petitioners were employed. 5.
