Nos. 229/IB, 1C, IE, 1G, 1H, 1H1, II, 1J, IK, IQ, IT, 1S of Chatlamitta Revenue Village of Peddaraveedu Mandal, Markapur District, Erstwhile Prakasam District, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred on them under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and Board Standing Order 34-A and 34-B of Andhra Pradesh Board of Revenue Standing Orders and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent Nos 4 to 6 to conduct survey and fix boundaries for the aforesaid landed property and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondents, particularly Respondent No’s 4 to 6 to conduct survey for Petitioners’ agricultural landed property admeasuring total extent of Ac.66. 32 Cents covered by Sy. Nos. 229/ 1B, 1C, IE, 1G, 1H, 1H1, II, 1J, 1K, 1Q, IT, IS of Chatlamitta Revenue Village of Peddaraveedu Mandal, Markapur District, Erstwhile Prakasam District, by considering their F-Line application vide, its No. FSNV012600889351, dated 02.01.2026, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1. GP FOR REVENUE 3 BKM,J W.P.No.9764 of 2026 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents particularly the respondent Nos.4 to 6 in not considering the petitioners’ F-line application dated 02.01.2026 for conducting survey and fixation of boundaries for their agricultural land in the extent of Ac.66.32 cents covered by Sy.Nos.229/1B, 1C, 1E, 1G, 1H, 1H1, 1I, 1J, IK, IQ, IT and 1S of Chatlamitta Revenue Village of Peddaraveedu Mandal, Markapur District, Erstwhile Prakasam District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent submits that on receipt of F-line application dated 02.01.2026 filed by the petitioners, for conducting survey of the subject land, the 5th respondent issued advance notice dated 06.01.2026 directing the petitioners and also the adjoining owners/pattadars to attend at the field for conducting survey on 09.01.2026. The boundaries of the subject land could not be fixed, as the adjoining pattadars have not filed their title documents at the time of survey. In view of the same, within the time frame of 15 days, it could not be executed for fixation of the boundaries. However, if the petitioners file fresh application to conduct survey, the same will be acted upon, following the due procedure. 4 BKM,J W.P.No.9764 of 2026 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, and recording the said instructions of the 4th respondent, the petitioners are permitted to file fresh F-line application before the competent authority, following the due procedure and if so made, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. The said instructions of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the Court record. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
