1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing therein to the respondent to submit entire concerned records for kind perusal. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari direct therein, the promotion of the petitioner by Annexure P/1
2 dated 25.02.2026, be effective from the date
23.09.2014. 10.3 Further may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the difference of emoluments in the grade as due to the petitioner and amount which has actually paid to the petitioner.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not being promoted along with her batchmates. He further submits that he may be permitted to submit a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3 and direction be issued to the concerned authority to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking permission to submit representation before the Respondent No. 3, she is having no objection to the limited prayer.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.
5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3 and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of representation.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
