It appears that the Municipal Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation has already placed the dispute before another Special Officer, Building in terms of the order of the Tribunal dated June 27, 2023. This court only directed the Corporation to comply with the order of the Building Tribunal dated June 27, 2023. In my view, the order of this Court dated July 9, 2024 has already been complied with the Corporation. Therefore this Court is not inclined to keep this contempt proceeding pending.
