Case No.30/2025 (Sessions Trial No.228/2025), registered under Sections 126 (2)/115 (2)/117(2)/109/61(2) of the BNS 2023, now pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Dumka. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2025 and has been falsely implicated in this case. 5. Upon going through the F.I.R., this Court finds that there is direct allegation against the petitioner, who is the husband of the victim. 6. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, this bail application is rejected. 7.
