According to petitioner, he participated in the agitation for creation of separate State, but he is not being paid pension. Petitioner has sought mandamus to the Authorities to grant him pension, which is available to Rajya Andolankari. 4. Having regard to the relief claimed, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to District Magistrate concerned. If he makes representation to District Magistrate, the same shall be considered, as per law, and appropriate order be passed within four months from the date of receipt of such representation along with certified copy of this order.
