Learned counsel for the applicants submits that on 21.05.2025, writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution only on statement made by learned counsel for petitioners that he had no instructions from the clients. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that only on account of communication gap, instructions could not be conveyed whereas the cause of action for pursing the writ petition still survives and petitioners are keen to pursue the writ petition on merits. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that copy of application has already been furnished in the office of Mr. Ashish [2026:RJ-JP:25597] (3 of 3) [WRES-124/2026] Sharma, who was earlier appearing for the private respondents and on the earlier occasion, time was sought by him to file reply to the application, however, no reply to the application has been filed. 5.
