JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have made a representation to respondent Nos.4 and 5 alleging that a public road has been illegally encroached in Sy.No.74 of Angarekhanahalli Village, Sampige Post, Dandinashivara Hobli, Turuvekere Taluk, Tumakur District. As no action is taken, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers: "1. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to 5 to consider the representations dated 15.03.2021 and 18.03.2021 vide ANNEXURE - D, E and F in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to 5 to remove the encroachment of road measuring 20 feet made by respondent No.6 and 7 after holding an enquiry and spot inspection in the interest of justice and equity. 3.
