Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher. She had applied for general transfer on the distance ground. Such application has been pending since December, 2025. The school has not taken any decision in the matter. 4. Respondent no. 6, the Head of the Institution, is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner by May 30, 2026 in accordance with law. If found eligible, the case of the petitioner 2 shall be forwarded to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) by the school authorities along with the application and the requisite “No Objection Certificate” by June 15, 2026. 5. Temporary suspension of „Utsashree Portal‟ will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode. 6. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8.
