From perusal of the entire record, it is not reflected that as to when the certify copy of writ court’s order dated 24.04.2026 was served upon respondents-contemnors. 4. In this view of the matter, at this juncture, no contempt is made out. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to UKHC010143412026 2026:UHC:7268 file a fresh after serving the copy of order passed by writ court to Secretary, Panchayati Raj. 6.
