1. Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.
2. The petitioners are the assistant teachers in their respective schools and have sought for mutual transfer from the respective schools on January 12, 2025.
3. Respondent no. 3 is directed to deal with such application on mutual transfer of the petitioners expeditiously as the Utsashree Portal has been opened for mutual transfer and there is no impediment in consideration of the application of the petitioners.

4. Thus, the respondent no. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the applications made by the petitioners by May 15, 2026.
5. The fate of the applications made by the petitioners will be intimidated by the respondent no. 3 to the petitioners by May 20, 2026.
6. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of.
7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
