The petitioner is an accused in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025. 3. On an information that some miscreants have gathered and were planning to commit an offence, a raid was conducted by the Police in Kanhari Hill and the petitioner and several other accused persons were apprehended. 4. On a search conducted, incriminating articles were recovered. 5. It appears that from the possession of the petitioner a mobile was seized. 6. Although the petitioner has got criminal antecedents but regard being had to the recovery and the fact that he is in custody since 19.10.2025, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag in connection with Korrah P.S.
