Since petitioner has approached Secretary, MDDA as well as Mukhya Nagar Adhikari, Municipal Corporation, Rishikesh, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authorities to take decision on the representation made by petitioner, as per law, within four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
