G.A. HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BIPIN GUPTA Judgment / Order 08/07/2026 1. The present bail application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 against the order dated 11.05.2026 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Beawar, in Criminal Misc. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challan has been filed and even the offences are triable by Magistrate. Moreover, the conclusion of trial will take sufficiently long time. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready and willing to [2026:RJ-JP:25505] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-8256/2026] abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court, and accordingly prays that they be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate vehemently opposes the bail application. 5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the material available on record. 6. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and upon a consideration of the fact that challan has been filed; the offences are triable by Magistrate; looking to the pendency of cases reported pending against the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the bail application filed by the petitioner deserves to be accepted subject to imposition of stringent conditions. 7. Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioner namely- Daulat Dhobi S/o Bhura Lal Dhobi arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.234/2025, Police Station Vijay Nagar, District Beawar, shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Only) with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs.
