It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding receipt of such representation the State respondents have not disposed of the same till date. 3. On behalf of the State respondents it is submitted that they have no objection in consideration of the above representation. 4. In view of the submission made on behalf of the parties, WPA/616/2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.6 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 10 February, 2 2026 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law. 5. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open for the respondent no.6 to be decided strictly in accordance with law.
