The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “(a) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) particularly a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the notice dated 11.10.2021 (Annexure-9), wherein the Respondent No. 6 has issued a notice by cancelling the allotment of the petitioners and to vacate the house within one week to the petitioners to whom the houses have been allotted and also direction has been given to those persons to vacate the premises who have illegally occupied the houses without any delay; (b) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the direction upon concerned respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the said houses during pendency of this writ application or in alternate, to stay the operation of the notice dated 11.10.2021 during the pendency of this writ application.” 2. Although stay has been granted on the undertaking but now the petitioners wants to withdraw the present writ petition. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5. However, State is at liberty to proceed for vacating the premises. 6.
