As seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, proceedings have already been initiated by the first respondent on the petitioner's representation seeking for cancellation of patta No.655 issued by the second respondent. 3. No prejudice would be caused to any other party, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 19.12.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta No.655 after hearing all the necessary parties, which includes the party in whose name patta No.655 presently stands, within a time to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. 4.
