The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: 10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) to direct the respondents to grant arrears of salary as per order dated 20.09.2021, 19.05.2022 and 09.11.2022 (ANNEXURE P-1) along with arrears and consequential benefits within stipulated time period; 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate Writ(s)/Order(s)/Direction(s) to direct the respondents to grant interest @ 12% per annum on the undisputed and unpaid arrears of salary to the petitioners; 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be 4 pleased to issue appropriate Writ/s)/Order(s)/Direction(s) to the respondents to release fund for payment of arrears along with interest @ 12% per annum and consequential benefits to the petitioner; 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the case along with the cost of the petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is holding the post of work charge contingency paid Class-IV employee. Pursuant to the order of Collector, it was ordered that they are entitled for regular pay scale w.e.f. 07.08.2016, 16.09.2016, 04.08.2016, 01.08.2016, 31.07.2016, 28.07.2016. Though the regular pay scale is being paid to petitioner, however, arrears of the pay has not been disbursed till date. Petitioner has submitted representation for release of arrears of salary which is pending consideration and therefore direction be issued to the authorities to take decision on the representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised, this writ petition is disposed of directing Respondent No. 6 to take decision on the 5 pending representation of petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
