The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 19 March, 2026. The petitioner complains of unauthorized construction. 2. On behalf of the State respondents it is submitted that the answering respondent is the Panchayat Samity being the respondent no.2 which is not represented. 3. In view of the submission made on behalf of the parties, WPA/583/2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 19 March, 2026 in accordance with law. 2 4. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open for the respondent no.2 to be decided without being influenced by any observation made in this order. 5.
