Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Baliguda (opposite party no.5) to consider the grievance of the petitioner as per her representation dated 8th January, 2026 under Annexure-1 series and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 3.
