After arguing for a while, the only prayer made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the instant petition is that he would feel satisfied in case the instant petition is treated as representation and be accorded consideration within some reasonable period, to which, Mr. Suneel Malhotra, learned GA, who has caused appearance on behalf of the respondents is not averse to the disposal of the instant petition at the very threshold. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for disposal at the very threshold by directing respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to treat the instant petition as a representation and accord consideration to the same in light of the averments pleaded in the writ petition, within a period of four weeks’ from the date a copy of this order along with the writ petition and annexures are made available to the said respondent, strictly under rules and as per law. 2 WP(C) No. 258/2026 3. The order of consideration, which is likely to be passed, be forwarded to the learned counsel for the petitioners through registered post. 4.
