The petitioner is an accused for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/109/352/351(2)(3)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25(1-B)a/27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. As per the allegation, the petitioner along with other co-accused came on a scooty and assaulted the informant who happened to be the driver of an ambulance. It has further been alleged that the accused persons opened fire at the place of occurrence. It is also submitted that the said allegation is completely false and there is no recovery of any firearms from the possession of the petitioner. No injury has been inflicted upon the informant. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the present case since 25.12.2025. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail.
3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-XXI, Ranchi in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No. 317 of 2025.
