The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation seeking promotion to the post of a Supervisor. 2. Briefly the petitioner claims to be an Anganwari worker and applied for promotion to the post of a supervisor in terms of a Notification dated 15 February, 2019. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite having filed several representations, the respondent authorities have failed to consider the same. 4. On behalf of the respondent Public Service Commission being the 2 respondent no. 3, it is submitted that they have no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA/548/2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation dated 10 March, 2025 within the period of eight weeks from the receipt of this order and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. 6.
