After notice, learned counsel appearing for the contemnors has placed the proceedings of the Tahsildar i.e. respondent/contemnor no.3 dated 31.8.2026. A perusal of the said proceedings shows that the contemnors have considered the representation of the petitioner dated 04.8.2025 and passed orders which shows that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the contemnors and hence no contempt case is made out. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
