The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Thakurgaon P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of the learned A.J.C.-VII, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement and the person who has taken the name of the petitioner has been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 9165 of 2025. It is next submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2024 and the charge sheet has been submitted and even the charge has been framed. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the person who has taken the name of the petitioner has been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 9165 of 2025 and the petitioner is in custody since ( 2026:JHHC:1861 ) 2 19.11.2024 and the charge sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.- VII, Ranchi, in connection with Thakurgaon P.S.
