1. The present restoration application has been filed by the petitioners for seeking recalling of peremptory order dated 30.05.2025 as well as consequential order dated 25.07.2025 recorded by learned Registrar (Judicial) for formally dismissing the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of bona fide inadvertence, compliance of peremptory
order dated 30.05.2025 could not be made. However, petitioners undertake to make compliance of peremptory order dated 30.05.2025 within a period of 7 days from today. It is also submitted that petitioners are keen to pursue the writ petition.
3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Orders dated 30.05.2025 & 25.07.2025, are hereby, recalled.
4. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10226/2024 is restored to its original number subject to compliance of order dated 30.05.2025 passed in writ petition within a period of one week.
