According to the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first and the second respondents, a final report was filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Tuticorin, on 26.06.2025, to the effect that the charges have got updated. He further submits that RCS has also been served upon the petitioner. 3. In such circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the proper forum. 4.
