The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused was found in illegal possession of 700 grams of ganja. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and there is no recovery from him and he has been implicated based on the confession statement of other accused. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court and hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would reiterate the prosecution case and opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
