Petitioner is before this Court seeking the following reliefs: "A. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to amalgamate the khatas of properties bearing number 119, 119/2, 119/3, 119/6, 119/7 and 58 located on M.G.Road, Bangalore into a single khata in furtherance to the application for amalgamation of the khata bearing Ref No.A-1068012 dated 03.11.2025, vide Annexure-A. B. To pass any such orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity; and C. To award exemplary costs." 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the physical application filed by the petitioner for amalgamation of khatas of the properties bearing Nos.119, 119/2, 119/3, 119/6, 119/7 and 58 located at M.G.Road, Bengaluru, into a single khatha has not been considered by the respondents. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10067 WP No. 5128 of 2026 4. An application for amalgamation of khathas of the properties is required to be filed in an online manner and an offline application cannot be considered by the respondents. In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file an application for amalgamation of khatas of the properties in an online manner accompanied by necessary documents and directing the respondents to consider the same in terms of the period prescribed under the Karnataka Sakaala Services Act, 2011, the writ petition stands disposed of.
