The grievance of the petitioner is directed against alleged illegal construction. In this connection, the petitioner has also filed a representation dated 19 February, 2025. It is fairly admitted by both parties that the Appropriate Authority for any such complaint is the Commissioner, Siliguri Municipal Corporation. 2. In view of the submission made on behalf of the parties, WPA/571/2026 stands dismissed. 3. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application ventilating the self-same grievance before the Commissioner, Siliguri Municipal Corporation. In case any such application is filed, the Appropriate Authority is 2 requested to deal with the same on merits expeditiously. 4.
