2. After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move before the learned Court by way of filing regular bail application.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
