P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Kisko P.S. Case No. 19/2023. 3. Dacoity was committed in Banpur Sub-station and materials wroth Rs.5,88,997/- were looted. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on the confession of a co-accused. Several accused persons have been granted bail and the petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2025. 5. Learned Counsel further adds that neither any Test Identification Parade has been held nor there is recovery of any incriminating material from the possession of the petitioner. 6. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Lohardaga in connection with Kisko P.S.
