M/L424 17.04.2026 Bpg. C.R.M. (R) 110 of 2025 In Re: An application for relaxation of condition of bail; Sahajahan Mandal Versus Union of India & Anr. Mr. Satadru Lahiri Mr. Debaditya Banerjee Mr. Syed Wasim Faruque. …for the petitioner. Mr. Rajdeep Mazumder, Ld.DSGI …for the Union of India. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for waiver of the condition of bail which was imposed on 26.11.2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Calcutta in connection with C.S.138000 of 2024. In view of the said condition continuing for a considerable period of time, I am of the opinion that the said condition be waived. Irrespective of the same, if the Custom Officer requires the attendance of the present petitioner, they are entitled under law to effect summons and take steps if there is violation of attendance, the same has got nothing to do with the proceedings in CS138000 of 2024. With the aforesaid observations, CRM(R)110 of 2025 is disposed of. 2 All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
