The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gomoh GRPS P.S. Case No.56 of 2024, for offence registered under sections 303(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that from the train the purse of the passenger was stolen and it has been alleged that mobile phone along with the other documents have also been stolen including cash kept in the said purse and the petitioner is a poor villager and he has purchased the second hand mobile from a person and the allegation is made that SIM of the informant was being used by the petitioner. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that 2026:JHHC:1334 2 allegations of using the stolen SIM card of the informant is there against the petitioner and on query made about the criminal antecedent, the learned counsel for the respondent State submits that in paragraph no.41 of the case diary, it has come that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. 5. Considering that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and it has been pointed out that the said second hand mobile has been purchased by the petitioner, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Gomoh GRPS P.S.
