Union of India and others, (2025) 6 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:19058-DB CWP No. 3507 of 2022 SCC 545, present petition can be disposed of, by granting opportunity to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, for redressal of any surviving grievance, if any, including filing of fresh petition, is so required. 2. Respondents have no objection in disposing of the present petition in aforesaid terms. 3. Accordingly, considering prayer of the counsel for petitioner, present petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, including filing of fresh petition, if so required for redressal of surviving grievance, if any.
