The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer that the respondents be directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner for engagement as Guest Faculty (Assistant Professor) [2026:RJ-JP:26895] (2 of 3) [CW-12245/2026] under the Vidya Sambal Yojana for the Academic Session 2026- 27. 2. It is an admitted fact that earlier too, a writ petition with the same prayer was filed by the petitioner being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3082/2026. The said writ petition stood disposed of vide order dated 17.02.2026 while giving a liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate representation before the respondents and the respondents were directed to decide the same strictly in accordance with law. 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that an attempt was made to move a representation before the concerned Principal but then, the same was not accepted by him. Hence, the representation was forwarded vide e-mail dated 14.06.2026. However, the same remains undecided till date. 4. Counsel for the respondents however submits that no representation, whatsoever, was filed by the petitioner in compliance of order dated 17.02.2026 and it is only on 10.07.2026 (Annexure-7) that the representation has been filed for the first time. He submits that the same would definitely be decided within a reasonable period. 5. A perusal of the record reveals that there is no representation available on record which can be termed to have been filed in compliance of order dated 17.02.2026. Further, no such averment has been made in the writ petition too. The petition also refers only to e-mail dated 14.06.2026 which evidently was sent after a period of four months of the order been passed by the Court. [2026:RJ-JP:26895] (3 of 3) [CW-12245/2026] 6. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Authorities to decide representation dated 10.07.2026 (Anneuxre- 7) as submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the present order. 7.
