ORAL ORDER
1. After addressing the arguments for sometime, counsel for the petitioner has filed memo. Memo reads as under:
"The petitioner most humbly submit and agrees to pay the balance amount of Rs.4,63,300/- in addition to the 50% of the amount i.e., 4,63,300/- deposited before the Trial Court within 6 months time in the following manner: (a) Rs.77,167/-on 15.06.2026. (b) Rs.77,167/-on 15.07.2026. (c) Rs.77,167/-on 15.08.2026. (d) Rs.77,167/-on 15.09.2026. (e) Rs.77,167/-on 15.10.2026. (f) Rs.77,467/-on 15.11.2026.

Wherefore, this memo may be taken on record and accepted in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Counsel for respondent has endorsed no objection on the memo.
3. Placing the memo on record, petition stands
disposed off.
4. Amount in deposit, if any, is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
5. It is made clear that any one of the installment amount as per the memo is not paid, petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the Trial Magistrate confirmed by the First Appellate Court.
