SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 03/07/2026 1. Respondent No.4 has expired. However, his LRs are already on record as respondent No.2. He submits that Sri Ved Bhusan Sethi has already left the firm and he is no more required. At his own cost, the respondent No.4 and his LRs are deleted. An [2026:RJ-JP:24908] (2 of 2) [ARBAP-23/2024] arbitration clause exist in the agreement entered between the parties, i.e., as Clause 19 which reads as under:- "Any controversy or disputes not amicably settled shall be subject to arbitration under the arbitration act in force." 2. From the perusal of the reply it is apparent that the respondents submits that all accounts stood settled long back and no disputes are pending between the parties. 3. This Court deems it appropriate to appoint Arbitrator Mr. Mukesh Tyagi, retired District Judge, R/o 207, Shri Gopal Nagar, 80 Feet Road, Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur-302018, to act as the Sole Arbitrator and to decide all issues without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in the present application. 4. The arbitration fees shall be determined in accordance with the Fourth Schedule of the Act of 1996, as amended. The fee of the Arbitrator will be equally borne by both the parties. 5.
