This interlocutory application has been filed by the State for correction/modification of the order dated 19.02.2026, passed in the connected AB No. 2115/2025. 3. It is submitted that while passing the order dated 19.02.2026 in the connected AB No. 2115/2025, in para 2 and para 12 of the said order dated the Page No.# 2/2 name of the petitioner ‘Nitul Rajbongshi’ has been wrongly typed as ‘Ratul Rajbongshi’, though in the cause title of the connected AB No. 2115/2025 and the petition, the name of the petitioner has been recorded as Nitul Rajbongshi and not as Ratul Rajbongshi. 4. In view of the above, the present interlocutory application is allowed and the order passed by this Court on 19.02.2026 in the connected AB No. 2115/2025 stands corrected. 5. Accordingly, the name of the petitioner that appeared in para 2 of the order dated 19.02.2026, passed in the connected AB No. 2115/2025 shall now be read as ‘Nitul Rajbongshi’ in place of ‘Ratul Rajbongshi’. Similarly, the name of petitioner appeared in para 12 of the said order dated 19.02.2026 shall now be read as ‘Nitul Rajbongshi’ in place of ‘Ratul Rajbongshi’. 6. This order shall now be read together with the order dated 19.02.2026 passed earlier in the connected AB No. 2115/2025. 7. With the above observation and direction, this interlocutory application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
