1. Mr. Partha Pratim Roy, learned advocate appearing for the applicants/petitioners submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and the applicants / petitioners do not intend to proceed further with the contempt application. He files a copy of the letter sent through Whatsapp by the applicants dated 15th April, 2026 which is taken on record.
2. Mr. Dhananjay Nayak, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors also concedes to such submissions.
3. In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN 1976 of 2025 stands disposed of without any order.
4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
