By way of this application, a prayer has been made for correction of a typographical mistake in order dated 06.05.2026. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that in terms of the impugned transfer order, the petitioner was transferred to Mandi to Shimla. However, it is reflected in the order passed by the Court that the petitioner was transferred from Mandi to Kalong. Accordingly, he prays that in Para-1 and 3 of the order, the word Kalong be substituted by the word Shimla Rural and further in Para-4 instead of “Kalong to Shimla Rural” it may be read as Mandi to Shimla Rural and in Para-5 instead of Shimla Rural, it should be read Mandi. In light of the fact that indeed the typographical error is there in the order passed by this Court on 06.05.2026, accordingly, the application is allowed, in terms of the prayer made therein. Registry is directed to substitute the words Kalong in Para-1 and 3 of the order by the word Shimla. Similarly, in Para-4, the word Kalong be substituted by the word Mandi and in Para-5 the word Shimla Rural be substituted by the word Mandi.
