A perusal of the order dated 09.04.2026 reveals that the mandate contained in the judgment, decided on 09.01.2026, in CWP No.941 of 2026, titled, Ganga Devi and others vs. State of H.P. and another, which is sought to be executed, has been implemented, subject to final outcome of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 the LPA, preferred by the respondents. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, the financial benefits be released in favour of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today.
