Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that subject matter of the recovery in the present case is 514 grams of brown sugar. So far as the chemical examiner’s report is concerned, the same only refers of test having been conducted. 2. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. 3. Having regard to the quantum of seizure in the present case, I am of the opinion that rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted. As such I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 4. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 647 of 2026 is rejected. 5.
