The plaintiffs filed I.A.No.109 of 2026 in O.S.No.14 of 2020 under Section 151 of C.P.C. requesting the Court to reopen the suit for filing an amendment petition in the interest of justice. The trial Court vide order dated 05.03.2026 has considered and allowed the said application and reopened the suit. Aggrieved by the same, the present revision is filed. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/1st defendant has contended that there is no necessity to implead the proposed parties, who are the sisters of the deceased P.Sarath Chandra, as they have no share or right in the suit schedule property. It is further contended that the proposed parties are sought to be impleaded only with a view to unnecessarily protract the proceedings. 4 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 submitted that subsequently, I.A. filed for impleading the proposed parties was also allowed and the suit is proceeding with further. 5. Considering the said submissions, as the subsequent I.A. has already been disposed of by the trial Court and notices have also been issued to the proposed parties, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter at this stage. 6. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Tenali, to consider the matter and dispose of O.S.No.14 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
