ORDER: - During the course of hearing of this writ petition, Mr. K.Mallikharjuna Moorthy, learned Standing Counsel for the Central Government on instructions would submit that the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner has been withdrawn on 14.04.2026.

3. In view of the factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
